Booking a room is simple and quick. You have several options:

Arrangements can be made for late arrivals or early departures. Please contact us in advance to arrange your arrival.
We accept bookings from one night. However, we offer discounted rates for stays of:
- 1 week and more
- 1 month and more
- 3 months and more
The longer your stay, the more advantageous the rate.
Our rooms
Essential Studio:
- Surface area of 12 m²
- Complete equipment (single bed with shower and kitchenette)
- Functional and comfortable furniture
Zen Studio:
- Larger surface area: 16 or 18 m²
- 140cm double bed
- Bathtub or shower
- High-end equipment
- Refined decoration
Yes, all our rooms have a kitchenette equipped with:
- Refrigerator
- Microwave

- Cutlery and dishes
- Coffee maker
You can prepare simple meals and hot drinks in complete autonomy.
Yes, high-speed WiFi access is free and available in all rooms. You just need to request the password upon arrival.
Rates and payment
The rates include:

Unlike a traditional rental, you don't pay additional charges, TV license or housing tax.

Yes, a deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. It will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided the room is left in good condition.
Yes, our accommodations are eligible for CAF and APL. We provide all necessary documents for your application.
Services and practical information
Yes, a housekeeping service is available as an option. It can be scheduled once a week, every two weeks or once a month, depending on your needs. This service is charged at €25 per visit.
Yes, you can receive mail at the residence address. Please let us know in advance and indicate your room number on the mail.
No, the hotel residence does not offer on-site parking, however many parking options are available in the area.
Small pets are accepted under conditions. Please contact us to validate your request before booking.
