How do I book a room at Acadia Resid'Hotel?

Booking a room is simple and quick. You have several options:

Our team will respond quickly with availability and a personalized quote based on the length of your stay.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

Arrangements can be made for late arrivals or early departures. Please contact us in advance to arrange your arrival.

What is the minimum length of stay?

We accept bookings from one night. However, we offer discounted rates for stays of:

  • 1 week and more
  • 1 month and more
  • 3 months and more

The longer your stay, the more advantageous the rate.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium rooms?

Essential Studio:

  • Surface area of 12 m²
  • Complete equipment (single bed with shower and kitchenette)
  • Functional and comfortable furniture

Zen Studio:

  • Larger surface area: 16 or 18 m²
  • 140cm double bed
  • Bathtub or shower
  • High-end equipment
  • Refined decoration
Are the rooms equipped with a kitchen?

Yes, all our rooms have a kitchenette equipped with:

You can prepare simple meals and hot drinks in complete autonomy.

Is WiFi included?

Yes, high-speed WiFi access is free and available in all rooms. You just need to request the password upon arrival.

Unlike a traditional rental, you don't pay additional charges, TV license or housing tax.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. It will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided the room is left in good condition.

Is there a housekeeping service?

Yes, a housekeeping service is available as an option. It can be scheduled once a week, every two weeks or once a month, depending on your needs. This service is charged at €25 per visit.

Can I receive mail during my stay?

Yes, you can receive mail at the residence address. Please let us know in advance and indicate your room number on the mail.

Is there parking?

No, the hotel residence does not offer on-site parking, however many parking options are available in the area.

Are pets allowed?
